Your arrival:

Our private hosts are of course not hoteliers. Therefore, it is important that you arrange your arrival time with your host before arrival by phone. Not that you will stand before closed doors. The payment of accommodation expenses:

Deposit on the booking confirmation:

Should your booking or arrival have been made more than 14 days before arrival, the host reserves the right to charge a deposit of 30% from the rental amount as a down payment on the booking. This also applies to bookings of guests whose residence is abroad.

Deposit:

The host will charge a security deposit. The amount of the sum is shown on your booking confirmation. This amount will be paid in cash upon arrival to the host.
