It's easy to book a furnished room or apartment with us. Please do not stand in front of the front door unannounced, because you run the risk that he is not at home and you are standing in front of the locked door.

How do I pay the accommodation costs?

The listed costs in the booking confirmation such as the accommodation costs, deposit, cleaning fees, as well as any costs for the extension option are to be transferred to the host before arrival. Please discuss the payment with the host before your arrival or ask for their bank details. The transfer of the costs shown in the booking confirmation must be received on the account of the host 1 day before arrival. If a transfer of the costs is no longer feasible due to time constraints, because of short-term booking, please pay the amount in cash to your host on site upon arrival.

For bookings of 2 months or more, the payment of accommodation costs is always monthly.

Deposit on the booking confirmation:
Should your booking or arrival have been made more than 14 days before arrival, the host reserves the right to charge a deposit of 30% from the rental amount as a down payment on the booking. This also applies to bookings of guests whose residence is abroad.

How do I pay the deposit?

What do I do if I discover defects after moving in?

Can I view the apartment or room before booking?

We understand your desire to visit. But we have a different rental concept. With us you can visit the offers on our website with pictures and some videos. Because our offers are very often occupied by the previous tenant until the day of the new rental. Also to protect the privacy of our guests, we cannot offer any tours. Of course, this is also done when you stay with us. You therefore have the option of renting for 1 month first and then deciding whether you want to stay longer or not. This saves you an applicant selection process on the part of the landlord and you do not have to submit any documents such as Schufa or wage statements.

If I have already booked for several months, do I have to pay the entire rental price at once?

No. Even if you have already booked for several months, you always pay the rent monthly.

If I want to move out earlier than booked, what do I have to do?

If you want to leave early, let us know immediately when the exact date of departure will be. We will unlock the booked property again on this day and offer it to new guests for booking. As soon as a new guest has been found, there is a possibility that you will receive a proportionate refund of the rent paid.

What if I can't arrive and have to cancel?

If you are unable to move into a booked property, please inform us and your host as soon as possible. If you want to cancel, please note our terms and conditions, which you can find on our website.

Can I also book by phone?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. All apartments or rooms are created online on our website and can only be booked online.
