Information on the Right of Withdrawal
For bookings of accommodation services with a specific date or period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
Important Notice
Please note that after your booking with us, there is no right of withdrawal.
This is because accommodation contracts are contracts for a specific service and a specific duration. In such cases, it would be an incalculable risk for the host if a guest could still withdraw from the contract, possibly even shortly before arrival.
In that case, it could be difficult to rebook the property for another guest and it might remain vacant.

However, we offer very fair cancellation terms. Please see section 8 of our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation according to Section 8 of the Terms and Conditions
Withdrawal from the Contract / Cancellation
The conclusion of the accommodation contract binds both parties to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration agreed.
A unilateral free cancellation by the guest after a binding booking is generally excluded. If the guest nevertheless withdraws from the contract, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed remuneration regardless of the time and reason for the cancellation. The host must, however, credit any expenses saved.
The following cancellation costs apply
If the guest withdraws from the contract, the following costs will be charged:
- Up to 45 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
- From 45 days before arrival, 80% of the agreed accommodation costs will be charged.
Insurance Recommendation
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. The guest remains free to prove that the actual damage incurred was lower.
The full provisions can be found in our Terms and Conditions for Guests.
