Arrival

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, please let your host know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in.

  • Check-in: Regular arrival depending on host, who is usually a private individual
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Payment

The total costs listed in your booking confirmation – accommodation, deposit, cleaning fee, and any optional extensions – should be paid to the host before arrival. Please contact your host for the bank details.

  • Payments should arrive in the host’s account no later than 1 day before arrival.
  • If you’ve booked on short notice and a transfer isn’t possible in time, you can simply pay the full amount in cash upon arrival.

Advance payments:

  • For bookings made more than 14 days before arrival, the host may request a 30% advance payment.
  • This also applies to guests arriving from abroad.

Longer stays:

  • For stays of 2 months or more, the rental amount is usually paid monthly.

Security Deposit

To ensure everything runs smoothly, a security and key deposit of 30% of the rental price is required.

  • This deposit is listed in your booking confirmation and can be transferred in advance or paid in cash on arrival.
  • Once the property and keys are returned in good order, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days.

Just a friendly reminder: only returning the keys officially ends the rental period. If keys are missing, additional nights or replacement costs may apply. So the easiest way: simply hand the keys back at check-out with a smile.


A Few Friendly Notes

  • Take care: Please treat the property and furnishings with respect. If something breaks, let your host know straight away – they’ll be happy to help.
  • Pets: Furry friends are welcome only if mentioned at the time of booking.
  • No smoking: Please note that smoking is not allowed indoors.
  • Cancellation: If your plans change, the cancellation policy in the GTC applies (see link above).
  • Issues: Should you notice anything not quite right, please tell your host right away – they’ll do their best to fix it quickly.
