Checkin guest:
The guest will be contacted you after upon completion of the booking by phone with you because of the exact arrival time and keys . Our regulars know and stick to it. Nevertheless, it may happen that a guest forgets the call. Then you have his contact information. Please call guest on your part to fix up to handing over the keys with him.

Payment of accommodation costs by the guest:
The guest has booked your object and the accommodation costs, which are listed in the reservation agreement, pay in cash to you when you arrive. Deposit:

Care of your property:
The guest will pay a daily or monthly cleaning fee, depending on the booking period. But the object is freshly cleaned provided to the guest. Every 14 days, the bedding / towels were changed, cleaned the bathroom and kitchen and the floor. Your guest wants to cancel: If a guest has already arrived and then tells you he wants to cancel:
Reference to the guest, please check the T & C in its confirmation and to us. He has two options; he can send the message via his login in the guest area on our website, that he would like to cancel. Or sending us an email stating the reasons why he canceled. Money gets the guest only times no back. If the room / apartment seamlessly can be rented by his extract further he gets rata refund. Your guest wants to extend his stay with you:

Referral fees
