More than 10 years ago, Claudia Urban made a decisive shift: she moved the focus away from daily tourist bookings toward becoming a specialized partner for companies. At that time, urbanbnb was one of the few companies offering furnished apartments from 1 month onwards at affordable all-inclusive rates. Since then, urbanbnb has been providing flexible housing solutions for employees working in other cities.

Talia Urban completed her training as an organizational assistant at the Steigenberger Hotel Academy in Bad Reichenhall. With her strong understanding of service and her enthusiasm for the mediation business, she brings fresh energy into the company. Her empathy and feel for guests’ needs make her a valuable contact person who always looks for solutions to improve the stay experience.

As a younger member of the family business, Talia contributes innovative ideas and reflects the perspective and needs of younger guests. With ambition and foresight, she is preparing to take over the company in the coming years.
