We attach great importance to the fact that all properties on our platform are checked in advance. In contrast to many anonymous portals, where fake listings unfortunately occur time and again, only verified hosts can offer their accommodation on Urbanbnb. Nobody can simply post an offer.
WiWe are in close contact with our hosts, who all live in Germany and have a German bank account. This ensures that the bank has also checked our hosts - a further step to increase security for our guests.
